I’m Pamela Dodd, Ph.D. Insight Enterprises is the umbrella company for my diverse but related personal effectiveness interests.

Since the 1980′s, I’ve focused on helping people and organizations be more effective. My journey has taken me through academia to consulting to organizations of all sizes and finally to the Internet.

Why Read the Blog?

You’re not what you think you are. Neither am I. None of us is.

For years I’ve been interested in questions like: Who are we? How did we get the way we are? What do we believe and why? Where are our blinds spots and what, if anything, can we do about them?

The blog is for exploring these ideas. I’d love to have you explore them with me. You may know something that I don’t. At the least, we can laugh together about our human foibles.
